Contact form
You can send complaints, suggestions, technical problems or partnership requests through the form. Messages are recorded in the administration panel.
Response time
Messages are answered by volunteers, so a reply may take a few days. Messages about a child’s safety are given priority.
When you write
- Say what your message is about and which page it relates to.
- Do not share children’s personal details (full name, address, health information) by email.
- Never send your password. ELMYOLU will never ask for it.
